The First National Bank to Host Free Business Seminar
The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown has announced that it will host a free seminar for local business owners and entrepreneurs on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at their Operations Center located at 9 W. Centre Avenue.
The seminar, “Make More Money by Developing Loyal Customers”, will be presented by Paul Clough of Fresnel Partners and will cover concepts such as how to develop a loyal customer base and the difference between customer satisfaction vs. customer loyalty.
