As of December 1, 2015, FIS has implemented enhancements to improve your experience when calling to make travel redemptions with your ScoreCard points. Here are a few of the highlights:

  • Virtual Queuing – When in queue, allows you to leave a contact number for an agent to call you back without losing your place in the call queue.
  • Wait Time Indicator – Gives you better predictability of the expected hold time when holding for a travel agent.
  • Simplified Booking Disclosures – Provides a better experience, as agents will not need to read through long scripts to recap your booking.
