The First National Bank Announces Management Changes

January 21st, 2016

The First National Bank is pleased to announce the following management changes:

Karen Rice headshotKaren Rice is the new Branch Manager at our Main Office (Newtown). Karen joined The First as a Management Trainee in 2002 and became the Washington Crossing Manager in 2003; she was promoted to Corporate Officer later that year. In 2006 Karen moved to the Solebury Branch where she spent nine years as the Branch Manager before moving to the Main Office in 2015.



Joe Schofield headshotJoseph Schofield is the new Branch Manager at our Washington Crossing Branch. Joe joined The First as a Teller in 2005 and after a few years in the Main Office became a Management Trainee. He was the Assistant Manager in Washington Crossing in 2010 before coming back to the Main Office as a Corporate Officer and Branch Manager.



Heather O'Donnell headshotHeather O’Donnell is the new Branch Manager of our Warminster Branch. Heather joined The First as a Teller in 2001; after completing the Management Trainee program she became the Assistant Manager of the Richboro Branch in 2013. She became a Corporate Officer in 2015 and is happy to begin 2016 at the Warminster Branch.
