After graduating with a finance degree from Saint Joseph’s University in 2009, Ryan spent the early part of his career in various operational roles at investment banks. He joined The First in 2018 after finding an opportunity to join their finance and accounting department. Ryan immediately fell in love with the closeknit feel of the bank and its dedication to serving the community that it has been a part of since 1864. Since joining, he has travelled throughout the bank to learn all that retail banking has to offer and in 2024 became a Commercial and Consumer Lender. With his breadth of financial experience, Ryan prides himself on taking a deeper look into the client’s needs and always providing exceptional customer experience. To meet the customer’s needs, he can tailor creative solutions through a variety of consumer and commercial loan and banking products to best meet their financial needs. Ryan is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking and American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
