Our Team

Dan Schaffer serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The First National Bank & Trust Company of Newtown. A lifelong Bucks County resident, Dan has dedicated the past 30 years to supporting local residents and businesses with their banking and lending needs. A graduate of Penn State University and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, he has led the bank as President and CEO for the past 13 years. During his tenure, the bank has achieved steady growth in assets, deposits, loans, income, and client relationships. Thanks to his leadership, the bank is well-equipped with the infrastructure, talent, and technology needed to grow and continue as a thriving independent community bank.
